This was a unique feasibility and concept design project, where the feasibility of implementing Elevated Solar Structures was to be checked w.r.t. costs of installation, and requirements of agricultural produce..
For usual Solar Projects, the spacings between rows are governed by shading requirements. For this project, the spacing was also governed by whether target plants would get enough sunlight for photosynthesis. This aspect was researched with respect to characterizing the required radiation illumination in terms of lumens, and ensuring the provided spacing supplies the same.
